Food Servers are essential to the success of the restaurant team and will provide outstanding guest service, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages with a smile. Essential Job Functions: Deliver best-in-class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness. Take and deliver guests' food and beverage orders with enthusiasm, regularly revisit table to ensure beverages are filled and ensure guest satisfaction. Generate checks through PMS and receive payments efficiently for each guest. Maintain daily organization of the restaurant, ensuring all condiments and supplies are replenished. Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages. Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all restaurant and service workstations. This role has a temporary $1,000 weekend retention incentive paid as follows: $250 on 90thday of employment, $250 on 6th month of employment, and $500 to be paid on your one-year anniversary. This incentive is based on weekend availability for first year of employment only. If availability to work weekend shifts changes you will no longer be eligible for future incentive payouts. Weekend in this incentive plan is defined as Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings. Physical Demands : Kneel, stoop, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50 - 75lbs. Work most of the shift standing and moving about in the restaurants and kitchen areas. Qualifications : Education : High school diploma or its equivalent Experience: Minimum of 1 year Server experience in a similar role, size of operation preferred.
