The Cigna Group Individual & Family Plans (IFP) Operations Lead Analyst - Remote - Cigna Healthcare in Bloomfield, Connecticut

The Operations Lead Analyst is responsible for full ownership of business operations and change management of Medicaid audit support workflows, partnering with IT on reporting needs and delivering supporting content for regulatory agencies. This person will ensure all request for information is completed timely and accurately, and will serve as a resource to Manager and other team members.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8pm – 5pm

What you’ll do:

  • Develop process documents to support every applicable use case

  • Ensure reporting needs are well defined for IT and available for each use case

  • Work with various SMEs and leaders to ensure request for each use case is received timely and fulfilled accurately.

  • Serve as the first line business resource for questions/issues from various partners and/or leaders

  • Effectively manages and reports any issues impacting reporting solutions, collaborating with others, communicating status and escalating as needed.

  • Assist manager in ensuring that established policies and standard operating procedures are being followed and that goals for productivity and quality are met/exceeded.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What you need to do the job:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required

  • 3+ years of claims operations experience & knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures in this space required

  • Experience leading projects or assignments & troubleshooting problems preferred

  • General PC knowledge: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email skills required

  • Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills

  • Strong demonstrated verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, troubleshoot problems and make decisions

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 61,200 - 102,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
