This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with various metals and installing aftermarket accessories. Location: Blaine, MN Wage: $26 - $30/hr. Attach and wire aftermarket and auxiliary pieces on truck frames and bodies. Perform cab stretching, and install plows, toppers, etc. Inspect and test installed equipment to ensure proper function and adherence to safety standards. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on truck frames and bodies. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Follow detailed work orders and blueprints to complete tasks accurately. Provide input on design improvements and collaborate with team members to enhance product quality. Use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and customer expectations. Assist in training new employees and apprentices in upfitting techniques and safety procedures. Document all work performed and maintain records of materials used.
