What is the job about?

The Lead Supply Chain Security Architect position at Grundfos focuses on strengthening the company's Cyber Security setup in the Industrial Supply Chain/Manufacturing domain, encompassing the entire process from order to delivery. This has a strong focus to ensure compliance with the "NIS2 Directive" Cyber Security regulations mandated by the EU, which is being implemented across all EU member states. As an "Important Entity" in the context of NIS2, Grundfos emphasizes the protection of critical middleware and infrastructure elements involved in supply chain operations enabling NIS2 compliance.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Grow and drive architectural design and development to enable regulatory compliance with NIS2, in alignment with regulatory and business requirements based on Risk Assessments.

• Taking proactive responsibility for identifying security gaps and developing mitigation plans to address them effectively.

• Validating and incorporating external security intelligence into Grundfos' security practices, while also contributing to the development of mitigation plans.

• Ensuring synergy and optimization in IT investments across Grundfos.

Your background:

We imagine that you have:

• A university degree or a similar qualification.

• A great understanding of industrial supply chain/manufacturing operations and 3 years of experience on the job would be an advantage.

• It would be beneficial if you have professional certification (e.g. GIAC, GICSP).

• Insight into NIS2 and Purdue ICS/OT Model frameworks (or equivalent).

• Proficiency in IT infrastructure security elements, including network security, firewall configurations, Active Directory, etc.

• Manufacturing/Supply Chain risk patterns.

• Knowledge of ITIL4 disciplines, such as Asset Management and Incident Management.

Competencies:

• Displaying an open-minded and curious attitude, with a genuine enthusiasm for Cyber Security.

• Exhibiting energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to meeting deadlines and obligations.

• Demonstrating positive communication skills to engage with management and technical specialists and foster productive dialogues.

• Possessing advanced verbal and written communication skills.

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
