As a Guidewire business lead at PwC, you will focus on guiding and leading the business aspects of Guidewire implementations within an insurance organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of Guidewire projects to enable successful outcomes.

The Opportunity

As part of the FS Enabling Technologies team you manage system implementation and/or upgrade projects related to Duck Creek Policy. As a Manager you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are responsible for project success and maintaining rigorous standards, while leveraging team strengths and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

  • Education, certifications and/or experience in Duck Creek Policy

  • AICPCU Certifications - Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Associate in Claims (AIC), Associate in Underwriting (AU), Associate in Reinsurance (ARe), Associate in Insurance (AINS) and Business Analyst (CBAP) or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA)

  • Demonstrating broad abilities in managing system implementation and/or upgrade projects

  • Broad knowledge in Duck Creek Policy and related tools

  • Proven track record in property and casualty insurance

  • Building collaborative relationships with clients

  • Developing an awareness of Firm services

  • Communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner

  • Providing guidance, clarification and feedback to less experienced staff

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
