WHAT YOU'LL DO

ATI Nursing is hiring a Complete Account Executive, who will be the primary liaison between ATI and its most prominent clients, Complete Partners, serving clients in the South Region. This position will work remote from Birmingham, Alabama or Nashville, TN area and travel within the territory 50% of the time.

This position will work remote from Birmingham, Alabama or Nashville, TN area and travel within the territory up to 50% of the time.

HOW YOULL SPEND YOUR TIME

  • Retain current Complete Partners and successfully renew contracts at updated pricing
  • Active involvement in all aspects of ATIs relationship with each Complete Partner
  • Prepare and conduct semi-annual Program Performance Reviews with each client within the assigned territory
  • Assess Partner needs and outcome goals, prioritize them, and then organize the appropriate ATI resources to assist in achievement
  • Responsibilities include, sales, relationship management, issue escalation and resolution, high-level project management, successful onboarding of new clients
  • Partner with program to ensure appropriate ATI resources are deployed to assist program in achieving desired outcomes
  • Consistently demonstrate the value in new innovations and services

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Bachelors degree or higher required
  • Minimum of 5 years field-based solution sales experience preferred
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a quota-based sales environment with multiyear contracts
  • Nursing education industry knowledge, background in healthcare or higher education experience preferred

Key Skills and Abilities/Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in demonstrating the value in new innovations and services
  • Strong influence skills and ability to work in a matrixed environment
  • Demonstrated ability to drive successful client outcomes and solutions
  • Executive-level experience and presence
  • Ability to leverage data and analytical insights
  • Possess at least a minimum baseline financial acumen
  • Strong self-starter with the ability to prioritize and work independently
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnights.
