Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a records clerk to support our Beverly Hills client. You will be primarily involved in the processing and maintenance of records, with tasks ranging from scanning and filing to data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process and file various documents

• Conduct data entry tasks with a high level of precision

• Maintain and manage records in an orderly manner

• Handle other duties related to records management as required

• Ensure all records are updated and accurate

• Respond to inquiries related to records management

• Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

• Utilize scanning equipment to digitize physical documents

• Monitor and report on records management activities

• Implement records management best practices to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role

• Proficient in Data Entry tasks

• Demonstrable experience in Scanning documents

• Capable of maintaining and organizing records efficiently
