Actalent is hiring Pharmacy Technicians for a full time on-site role!

Job Description

Join our dedicated pharmacy team where you will triage, interpret, and input orders into our computerized medication order system with high accuracy and productivity. You will perform drug calculations, resolve issues related to medication denials, maintain knowledge of Medicaid claim regulations, and produce relevant reports. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service and may assist with drug preparation and dispensing under the direct supervision of a pharmacist.

Qualifications

• PTCB or CPhT (pharmacy technician certification) a plus

• Basic understanding of drugs, medication terminology, and metric system; ability to operate a computer

• Detail-oriented, goal-oriented, team player, customer service, oral communication

• Must be flexible for overtime and changing shifts as needed
