First Keystone Community Bank is looking to add a positive team player to our staff at our Main office.  The Collector/Loan Servicer performs various duties to support the servicing and collection of past-due accounts as directed by Bank policy.  

Some of these duties include but are not limited to:

• receives and reviews data on delinquent loans.
• Contacts Loan Officers/Office Manager regarding delinquent accounts.
• Communicates with delinquent borrowers in attempting to obtain loan payments, using various means of contact such as telephone, letters, etc.
• Determines the cause of the delinquency and decides if the cause has been or will be resolved within a reasonable time frame.
