Du implementierst und Optimierst das Anlagenwartungssystem auf Basis des SAP GPMT-Moduls und garantierst zusammen mit deinem Team eine vorrausschauenede Planung und Terminierung der vorbeugenden- und korrigierenden Instandhaltung sowie eine optimale Ersatzteilbewirtschaftung für im Toblerone Bern.

Durch Aufbau und Pflege rlevanter KPI zu Instandhaltungskosten und Ersatzteillager unterstützt du das Asset Reliability Team bei der strategischen Ausrichtung.

Dein Beitrag:

• Planung und Terminierung vorbeugender und korrigierender Wartungsaufträge mit dem SAP GPMT Modul

• Abstimmung der Wartungsaufträge mit Linien-, Team- und Ersatzteilverfügbarkeit

• Erstellen von Bestellanforderungen in SAP; Unterstützung des technischen Einkaufs und des technischen Lagerteams

• Erarbeitung neuer Wartungspläne und verantwortlich für die Pflege und Dokumentation des technischen Anlagenbaums basierend auf Input der technischen Leiter

• Führung, Schulung und Coaching der direkt unterstellten Team-Mitgleider

• Verantwortlich für Planung, Kontrolle und Reporting der Instandhaltungs- und Ersatzteilkosten sowie pflege der relevanten KPI

• Zusammenarbeit mit Asset Reliability und Plant Controlling bezüglich Budget- und Investitionsplanung

• Verantwortlich für das System Wartungsplanung im Progressiv Maintenance Pillar

• SAP-PM-Trainer und 1-Level-SAP-Supporter für das technische Team

Was du mitbringst

Den Wunsch, unser Unternehmen in die Zukunft zu führen und deine Karriere durch Erfahrung und Wissen in folgenden Bereichen voranzubringen:

• Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildungund im Bereich Instandhaltung oder Instandhaltungserfahrung im FMCG Umfeld

• Kenntnis in der Anwendung verschiedener Instandhaltungsstrategiene (TBM, CBM, RCM)

• Gute Office 365 sowie SAP Kenntnisse sind ein grosses Plus

• Zielorientierter, verantwortungsbewusster und belastbarer Team-Player mit sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (mind. C1) und Englisch (B2).

• Grundkenntnisse in der Anwendung von Lean Management und Six Sigma Methoden
