The Role

For our fast growing business in Central Europe (CE) we are looking for a Facility & Fixed Assets Manager to support the regional growth plan and provide a reliable infrastructure to cover regional and local needs. This includes:

• Annual budgeting for CAPEX/OPEX in the commodity of facilities and maintenance in cooperation with Finance

• Implementation and monitoring of budget plans incl. PR-release processes

• Implementation of an IFM-System on the different locations to provide full functionality

• Responsible for opening/closing of office locations

• Contract management for local infrastructure according to business needs

• Deep cooperation with regional EHS to fulfil GE EHS standards

• Support on employees onboarding process

• Eventmanagement on local and third parties locations

• Deep cooperation with Indirect Sourcing for optimized spend of budget

• Support on ESG-Regulations/statuaries

• Setting up of corresponding processes if not yet available

Desired Profile & Experience

• Completed degree in business administration, industrial engineering or similar

• Long term experiences in facility management or direct/indirect sourcing

• Leadership skills to lead a Team up to three people

• Problem solving mindset and attitude

• Hands-on-Mentality

• Willingness to travel around the region, approx. 20-30% according to demand
