Manager, Project Management

Location: Bentonville, AR

Join the Sam’s Club Legal team as Project Manager. This cross-functional team advises business clients and legal colleagues about Walmart’s rights and obligations associated with business initiatives. The Project Manager role is critical to assisting attorneys and working with business partners in multiple small-scale projects or multiple work streams. You will assist with the development and implementation of policies and best practices in multiple projects ensuring they are handled efficiently and build reporting tools and dashboards to provide visibility to internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Providing support to attorneys and colleagues by managing legal documentation and reporting processes.

• Use technology to build dashboards, reports, and presentations to convey complicated information in an easy-to-understand format.

• Helping draft, operationalize, and update standard operating procedures and best practices.

• Demonstrating and maintaining knowledge of general and specific legal areas.

• Maintaining security and confidentiality of sensitive information, data, and communications.

• Drafting, proofreading, and updating presentations, reports, and templates.

• Assisting in the review of multiple creative member-facing materials ensuring we comply with requirements.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.

1 year’s experience working in cross-functional teams.
