Role Overview

Join the Licenses & Permits Compliance team to support the licensing for the world’s largest retailer! This Licensing Senior Analyst role involves facilitating the acquisition of licenses for new facilities and/or business initiatives for all U.S. Formats. Reporting to a Licensing Compliance Director, the role includes interactions with business partners, other compliance functions, third-party partners, and government offices.

Responsibilities

· Manage Licensing Queues: Identify pending licensing activities and manage alert status per SOP.

· License Acquisition and Maintenance: Obtain and maintain federal, state, and local level operational and product license types for all U.S. formats.

· Regulatory Research: Research and interpret federal, state, and local level licensing regulation requirements.

· Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and internal business stakeholders to facilitate the licensing process and reduce business disruptions.

· Application Coordination: Ensure applications are completed and submitted in a timely manner; coordinate with inspectors and partners to schedule inspections; provide guidance to field management on state-specific licensing processes.

Requirements

· Experience: Experience with large volume operations, including strong organization, prioritization, and communication skills.

· Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail.

· Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of related work experience in Compliance, government, or licenses/permits.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
