Dowd Mechanical Heating & Air is a residential and commercial HVAC service provider. Dowd has been helping homeowners and businesses with their HVAC needs since 1997. We are located in Bensalem and Hatboro we serve the communities of Bucks, Montgomery, Camden and Burlington Counties and Philadelphia. The core of the Dowd's success is due to teamwork, dedication and a close knit culture that has enabled the company to grow and thrive. Due to our rapid growth, we are looking to add a motivated individual to our team who can: Replace and install residential and commercial heating and cooling systems, boilers, ductless splits, duct work, humidifiers and thermostats.

Compensation:

Above average hourly pay, health care package, 401k, vacation/personal days time, paid holidays

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Complete all HVAC system installations efficiently and accurately to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and on schedule
• Assemble and position HVAC units in accordance with manufacturers' guide
• Install trunk and branch duct-work
• Recover used refrigerant
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment
• Maintain a safe clean, organized job site and well inventoried vehicle
• Work flexible hours to accommodate customers needs
• On call rotation

Requirements:

• 3 years of hands on work is required
• Knowledge of all types of HVAC equipment
• Safe, proper and cost effective use of hand tools, power tools and vehicles
• Display a professional appearance
• Possess a clean, safe driving record
• Pass background check, drug screening, and physical
• Strong attention to quality and safety at all time while performing job duties.
• Positive can do attitude
• Literate computer skills

Required experience:

• HVAC Installation: 3 years

Required license or certification:

• Driver's License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
