The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with team focused on migration of web portal and tools to OCI platform. This position requires a good understanding of developing and troubleshooting end to end full stack web application and hosting.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Understand the OCI Platform, resources and other services needed for web development and hosting.

• Understand the existing web portal design and architecture and come up with a migration plan

• Carry out design and development of new requirements for OCI instance of web portal

• Provide support and maintenance needed to run web portal in OCI

• Provide suggestions in design sessions and code reviews on functional correctness, architectural maintainability and performance

• Leverage good technical and solution expertise to create clear, well-constructed technical designs of large scope

• Code for high-risk projects that have solution dependencies bug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.

Skills

• Experience in developing and hosting web application in anyone cloud platform like AWS, GCP, Azure or OCI

• Strong Hands on Experience in using Full Stack Javascript using Express-React-Node Stack

• Strong Hands on Experience in Front End Development using HTML, CSS, Jquery, ES6 Javascript and REST APIs

• Good Experience in Caching and NoSQL techniques as Redis, MongoDB etc.

• Good Experience in Database and SQL (SQL Server or Mysql or Postgres or Vertica)

• Good Hands on experience in Performance Optimizations Front End and DB/SQL

• Experience in working with web servers like Apache or Nginx ,

• Strong Experience in RCA and debugging complex production issues

• Hand on Experience in CI/CD, Jenkins configuration and build

• Good to have experience in working with different architectural patterns, monolithic and or microservices
