The Network Engineering Specialist undertakes engineering activities that contributes towards the delivery of client technical requirements, deploying optimal networking and connectivity solutions that enable clients and the enterprise to achieve their operational and business goals.

What you’ll be doing

• Strong Technical understanding and working knowledge of Mobile technologies i.e 4G, 5G NSA and 5G SA.

• Experience of delivering projects thro Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

• Understanding of virtualisation and Cloud computing technologies.

• Strong project delivery skills with experience having delivered complex programmes/ projects with multiple vendors and stakeholders.

• Able to navigate complex business issues, often across multiple stakeholder groups, cutting through complexity to simplify the way we work and deliver benefits for our customers, our colleagues and our business

• Able to define a vision / strategy for the Labs specific delivery.

• Strong leadership skills to coach others, engage and inspire team members.

• Able to influence senior stakeholders across a range of complex issues

• Able to drive change and the adoption of new ways of working.

• Serving as main point of liaison from Labs facing out to our clients, stakeholders and vendors.

• Able to manage and support a “virtual team” ensuring delivery is not impacted.
