Aston Carter Billing Specialist in Bend, Oregon

As a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for interpreting and maintaining aging reports, tracking property budgets, managing credit approvals, and handling collections for approximately 250 accounts. Your role includes creating invoices and reconciling them once payments are received. You will also be tasked with maintaining up-to-date knowledge of renting laws, for which training will be provided, as well as keeping accurate and current account records. Additionally, you will assist with general office duties, follow up on complaints, and send out warnings as needed.

Hard Skills

  • Experience with invoicing

  • Billing/collections experience

  • Knowledge of aging reports

  • Familiarity with credit approval process

  • Experience with Microsoft Office

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Customer service demeanor

  • Willingness to handle high volume tasks

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Bend, Oregon.

Work Environment

The position is based in an office environment, predominantly staffed by ladies. It offers a super fun atmosphere, and it's noted that when people leave, they usually stay friends!
