The position can be based out of: - Bismarck, ND - Sioux Falls, SD - Sioux City, IA - Sauk Rapids, MN - Bemidji, MN Minimum Qualifications: 1. High school diploma or GED equivalent. 2. Proficient computer and math skills. 3. Two years of experience in administrative or compliance role. 4. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to construction materials industry. Duties & Responsibilities 1. Managing and maintaining Driver Qualification files to ensure compliance. 2. Monitors random and DOT drug screens and physicals to coordinate with field safety personnel and operations. 3. Coordinate and administer DOT regulations in conjunction with field safety personnel and operations. 4. Runs and monitors employee MVR's. 5. Performs annual Clearinghouse submittals and assists with new hire reporting. 6. Ensure MSHA, OSHA, DOT regulatory compliance. 7. May assist with field audits and safety related reporting. 8. Works closely with field safety personnel. 9. Files records and other documentation. 10. Auditing of safety meetings, reports, and daily work plans 11. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities 1. Excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written. 2. Strong computer skills. 3. Knowledge of applicable government regulations and the ability to interpret and apply appropriately. 4. A self starter who can work independently. 5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate with multiple parties simultaneously. 6. Organized and possess an attention to detail. 7.
