JOB REQUIREMENTS: Powersports Warehouse Inventory Team Lead - 2nd Shift We are looking for a Warehouse Inventory Team Lead who will report to the Operations Supervisor, and who\'ll be tasked with overseeing daily operations within the distribution warehouse, ensuring efficient workflow, timely order fulfillment, and a high level of team productivity. You will play a crucial role in managing, coaching, and motivating a team of warehouse associates to achieve operational excellence and meet company objectives with the assistance of your supervisor. YOU\'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and support as needed with the support of the operations supervisor. Delegate tasks and set daily/weekly goals, ensuring each team member understands their responsibilities. Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and minimizing discrepancies. Coordinate with other departments to optimize stock levels and ensure timely order fulfillment. Collaborate with supervisors to develop and implement strategies for warehouse productivity, cost reduction, and safety. Generate regular reports detailing warehouse performance metrics, presenting findings to the management team. Gather feedback and be a source of intelligence for both the operators and the leadership team. YOU\'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES: Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. 2 + years of previous work experience in Warehouse logistics with knowledge of safety regulations and best practices. Experience using WMS, ERP or similar systems. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of individuals and departments while maintaining goals. Regular and reliable attendance. Thrive in a fast paced, high volume environment. Demonstrate agility to manage shifting priorities and support other team members when needed while maintaining a positive attitude.
