If so, our team is searching for a Sr Software Engineer to work of other software engineers, network and systems engineers to craft, implement, and deploy software which meet customer's requirements, scales easily, removes the limitations of traditional networking solutions, and supports deployment in highly available environments. Our team actively participates in architecture and design of various software components passionate about crafting applications that leverage technologies such as virtualization, micro services, SDN, NFV, and Big Data platforms and technologies! We work on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative, understand implications of work and make recommendations for solutions. Job Responsibilities: Technical Engineering Services: Drives engineering projects by developing software solutions; conducting tests and inspections; preparing reports and calculations. Required to lead base and associate level engineers as needed. Possesses in-depth knowledge of system protocols, functionality, and data movement, along with an understanding of current technology advantages. Responsible for independently developing a complete software stack while mastering key components, dependencies, and key tools for automation and software development. Continuous self-learning of evolving technologies and collaboration with system engineers to establish system and automation requirements are required. Innovation: Offers to designs to implement new ideas which use new frameworks to improve an existing or new system/process/service. Review existing designs and processes to highlight more efficient ways to complete existing workload more efficiently through industry perspectives. Understands the creation of company IPR. Technical Leadership: Collaborates with technical teams and applies system expertise to deliver technical solutions. Continuously learns and guides others existing and new technologies. Aids to the development of others through mentoring or in house workshops and learning sessions. Technology Strategy: Provides new and existing technology options that support business goals. Understands current technology that supports business goals. Understands system protocols, how systems operate and data flows. Aware of current technology benefits. Required to develop a full software stack independently. Understands the building blocks, interactions, dependencies, and tools required to complete software and automation work. Independent study of current technology is key. Interact with system engineers to define system requirement and/or fundamental requirements for automation. Technical Writing: Writes basic documentation on how technology works. Builds clear documentation for new code and systems used. Documenting systems designs, presentations, and business requirements for consumption and consideration at the manager level. Education: PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in information systems and management, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology and Communications Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related, and 3 years of relevant work experience.
