Twenty (20) Temporary Full-Time Landscape Laborers needed from 4/1/2025 to 12/15/2025 at Lawn-Mex Inc. 15 Johnson Pl Rear, Belleville, IL 62223 (618-410-9585) to mow, cut, water, edge lawns and trees, rake and blow leaves, pull and chop weeds, prune and haul topsoil and mulch, plant flowers, shrubs, and trees. Able to lift weight as required to carry and use landscaping equipment and material needed for assigned tasks. Able to tolerate outdoor work temperature (over 90 degrees and under 32 degrees Fahrenheit possible). Employer will rely on worker\'s representations and Employer\'s observations to determine worker meets physical requirements for the job, with or without reasonable accommodation. Generally, 8-hour workdays, 40-hour workweeks, Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30 pm. No experience, education, or training is required. Training will be provided on-the-job. All work performed under supervision of others/crew supervisors. Workers report each morning to 15 Johnson PL. Rear, Belleville, IL 62223, which is within St. Louis, MO-IL MSA. Company provides daily transportation to jobsites in Bond, Monroe, St. Clair, and Madison Counties. Workers will return to 15 Johnson PL. Rear, Belleville, IL 62223 at the end of the day. Wage of 19.30 to \$21.30 per hour. Possible overtime available at the Employer\'s discretion at \$28.95 to \$31.95 per hour. All deductions from the worker\'s paycheck required by law will be made. Workers will be paid no less frequently than every two weeks. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due.
Employer will make reimbursement to workers who complete at least 50 percent of work term certified as indicated above for subsistence and travel from home to place of employment if relocating from outside St. Clair County in Illinois and outside the St. Louis Metropolitan SMA and will pay for return home transportation and subsistence costs if the worker completes work for the entire term of certified employment or is dismissed from employment early. Travel reimbursement to be the lowest cost bus fare and (and overnight lodging if required) between the Employer\'s place of business in St. Clair County Illinois and worker\'s home. Subsistence reimbursement to be by cash stipend limited to a minimum of \$15.88 per day and a maximum amount verified by receipts of \$59.00 per day of travel plus overnight lodging if required. Employer will also reimburse the worker for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other H-2B related processing fees (excluding worker passport fees) incurred by the worker within the first week of work. This job order is being placed in connection with a concurrently submitted Application for Temporary Employment Certification for H-2B workers.
The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
