Job Description

  • Responsible for daily management of Beijing two Depot Sites.

  • Managing EPM depot team , providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective repair operations and assigning work, monitoring performance, and providing feedback to enhance productivity and quality.

  • Responsible for developing and implementing standardized repair processes and procedures and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and continuously improving repair workflows to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as commercial and field ,customer service, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers and addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely and accurate communication regarding repair status and updates.

  • Responsible for promoting and enforcing site EHS management, identifying potential hazards, and implementing appropriate safety measures.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or a related field (preferred)

  • Strong technical knowledge of the products being repaired

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of quality control and process improvement methodologies

  • 5 years or above management experience , foreign company working experience is preferred.

  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
