We are looking for a Lead of Account Management to join Team Snapchat in China, based in Shenzhen or Beijing.In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive advertising revenue growth. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with business owners, from strategizing on how to tailor Snap’s products to their needs, to launching campaigns, and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
Manage the whole business cycle for the new business acquisition from early stages to closing the customers, and managing the relationship after closure to ensure the customer satisfaction, performance, and upsell opportunities
Prospect and build a robust pipeline of new business by proactively identifying and initiating relationships with new clients, working closely with our torso, business intelligence, resellers, and Marketing teams
Serve as a product advocate for Snap’s new and existing products, as well as advising on best practices and bespoke campaign optimizations, and product beta participation
Dive deep into campaign performance data; guiding KPI driven measurement strategies, identifying performance trends, seasonality trends, and campaign optimizations to achieve results, and providing recommendations for upsell opportunities
Partner with reseller or marketing team to develop programs and initiatives to streamline sales partner operations, accelerate sales partner activities, increase advertiser awareness on Snap’s advertising platform
Identify, escalate and resolve advertisers’ issues, working with cross-functional teams as required
Manage internal processes for Creative Service Agreements, campaign exceptions, Ad Design Requests, Coupon Generations and clearly communicate policies to Sales Partners
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
8+ years experience in the digital media industry, with a focus on performance and brand marketing, ad-tech, programmatic in real-time bidding marketplaces, or a related field
Experience in building a pipeline from scratch through strategic and tactical focus and execution
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills with attention to detail
Strong Google Sheets/Slides skills, experience with analyzing datasets, and delivering actionable insights
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail and strong ownership
Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of digital marketing landscape of China export online market would be a plus
Experience in export industry
Understanding of advertising performance metrics and ecosystem
Understanding of media management within a biddable auction advertising environment and demonstrated skill in educating others (e.g., advertisers, agencies)
Ability to summarize insights and best practices, and share them with partners and customers.
Experience in managing and leading an internal project/vendor team
Ability to perform well in highly dynamic, rapidly changing environments
Background working with both internal and external partners
