Job Title: Operator Weekend Days
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operator to join our weekend day shift team. This role requires working from 5am to 5:30pm, Friday through Sunday. The ideal candidate will support the manufacturing of electronic components in a lean manufacturing, high-compliance environment.
Responsibilities
Use a torque screwdriver to fasten components into place.
Use an arbor press to press pins into place on an assembly.
Work under a microscope to place and adjust small components.
Use tweezers to pick up, place, and manipulate small components.
Perform work in a laminar flow hood.
Operate a basic test system to gather pass/fail information from assemblies.
Perform thorough visual inspections under a microscope using fine hand skills and detailed work instructions written in English.
Essential Skills
Attention to detail, especially with small parts.
Production experience, preferably in electronics.
ITAR compliance.
Computer skills.
Quality check experience.
Machine operation experience.
Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
Microscope proficiency.
Hand tool proficiency.
Experience with electronics assembly and testing.
Experience in production environments.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience machine operating/testing systems.
Fine hand skills.
Inexperienced candidates from other manufacturing roles with strong references may also be considered.

Work Environment
This role operates in a lean manufacturing, high-compliance environment. The facility includes both cleanroom and non-cleanroom areas, requiring adherence to ESD-sensitive and ITAR-compliant standards.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beaverton, Oregon.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00
