Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace. This speech therapist is part of the Home Care team. This is a PRN position and will cover PTO, LOA and staffing shortages. 100% travel to the patient's homes to provide care. The territory will be Ashtabula and Geauga Counties.
