Job Summary
The SHI Services Solutions Architect – AI will analyze, design, and implement Copilot for Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder services and related solutions for our company’s end customers and partners. They will also serve as the technical lead in deploying services within our customers’ and partners environments.

Responsibilities
Include, but not limited to:
Responsible for the design, consult, and implementation of AI and related technologies based on customer requirements including:
Copilot for Microsoft 365
Microsoft SharePoint Security and Search Management
Microsoft Teams Policies and Security
Microsoft Purview Security Basics
Reporting and analysis of adoption metrics
Copilot Studio
Develop of custom agents
Integration of topics and generative AI in solutions
Speak to licensing structure and cost
Deployment of Copilot Agents to both internal and external audiences
AI Builder
Developing custom AI models
Integration with Power Platform solutions
Testing and scoring of models for accuracy
Documentation of model training requirements for future refinement
Perform PowerShell scripting for automation, documentation, and standardization
Perform Power BI reporting for utilization analysis and adoption of solutions
Ensure security is integrated into all Microsoft 365 architecture solutions
Guide strategic customers as they design and implement AI projects ranging from greenfield deployments, and business transformations through on-site and remote engagements
Deliver best practices and recommendation to clients
Collaborate with sales team in identifying and closing opportunities through customer discovery and scoping meetings and presentations
Plan, manage, and troubleshoot complex customer environments and deployments
Collect, produce, and update deployment and design documentation for customer engagements
Deliver professional services in a world class fashion
Qualifications
Completed Bachelor’s, Technical degree or related work experience in Computer Engineering or a related field
Minimum 5 years of technical experience with increasing responsibility
Minimum 3 years’ experience designing implementing and integrating Microsoft Collaboration technology
Minimum 3 years’ experience working with and integrating Microsoft Power Platform technology
Minimum 3 years of experience developing and executing scripts for automation and reporting
Required Skills
Proficiency with the design, implementation, migrations, and support of Microsoft Collaboration, Copilot for Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder solutions

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years’ experience of Architect services
Experience with additional Artificial Intelligence solutions including:
Machine Learning
Diverse Large Language Models (LLMs) including, but not limited to:
Claude
Gemini
ChatGPT
OpenAI
Certifications Required
- Must pass the APL-4002, APL-7008, and PL-200 certifications within 9 months of hire.
Unique Requirements
- Travel to customer sites, up to 10% annually
Additional Information
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $180,000 - $225,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
