We are currently recruiting Concrete Laborers to work on the production line in a concrete manufacturing plant in Baton Rouge, LA. The Concrete Laborers will be working on an assembly line to ensure only the best quality products are shipped out from the facility. This is for a 6:00 AM to 5:30 PM shift with overtime available.

Pay Rate:

$13.50/Hour

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience as a concrete laborer or general laborer.
• Minimum 6 months-1 year of electrical experience
• Capable of handling physical tasks, including lifting up to 75lbs.
• Ability to maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Pull concrete blocks from the production line and stack them according to specifications.
• Assist with the setup and operation of machinery as directed by supervisors.
• Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste materials.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials from trucks as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality standards.
