Description

We are in search of a Collections Specialist to join a great team in Barrington, New Hampshire. This role involves managing customer credit accounts, processing credit applications, and maintaining accurate customer credit records. This is an opportunity to work in the telecom industry and utilize your skills in Collection Processes, Collector, and Customer Service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor customer credit accounts

• Take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments

• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer credit records

• Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Work closely with the customer service team to ensure excellent customer service

• Use your knowledge of Collection Processes to enhance the efficiency of our operations

• Utilize your skills as a Collector to manage customer accounts effectively

• Support other team members and contribute to the achievement of team goals.

Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Collection Processes.

• Proven experience as a Collector in a similar role.

• Exceptional Customer Service skills with a customer-first mindset.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency in using standard office software applications.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

• High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
