The industrial maintenance technician supports production operations, performs breakdown responses, makes machine repairs, and performs preventive, predictive, and planned maintenance on manufacturing equipment. This role involves investigating equipment failures and implementing solutions to prevent re-occurrence. The maintenance technician will perform PLC troubleshooting, PLC debugging, automated machine calibration, and systems optimizations to meet and maintain the specifications and tolerances required in the manufacturing processes.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities

• Support production operations by performing breakdown responses and making machine repairs.

• Perform preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and planned maintenance on manufacturing equipment.

• Investigate equipment failures and implement solutions to prevent re-occurrence.

• Perform PLC troubleshooting, debugging, automated machine calibration, and systems optimizations.

• Ensure manufacturing processes meet and maintain required specifications and tolerances.

Essential Maintenance & Technical Skills

• Experience in industrial maintenance with an emphasis on supporting production operations.

• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate equipment failures and make necessary repairs.

• Ability to perform troubleshooting and debugging of automated manufacturing processes.

• Experience with preventive maintenance, PLC troubleshooting, predictive maintenance, robotics, HMI, servo, conveyor maintenance, automation, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED AND Industrial Maintenance Diploma OR Journeyman Card OR Associates Degree in Industrial Maintenance or Manufacturing Technology OR at least 7 years of industrial maintenance experience.

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
