UL, LLC Internhip, Customer Success - Renewables Digital Sales in Barcelona, Spain

UL is currently seeking a Customer Success Intern to support UL’s renewables to promote and enable adoption and implementation of UL renewables digital portfolio.

This position will be located in UL’s Barcelona office.

  • Use knowledge and relationships from guiding post-sales implementation of UL renewables digital products / services to collaborate with account owner on renewal strategy

  • Coordinate post-sale activities to ensure customers are effectively adopting and utilizing software solutions

  • Provide admin support with the CRM for renewables and orders bookings

  • Encourage upgrades and renewals and connects customer personnel to relevant UL personnel (account managers, Sales Executives/Inside Sales Executives, Solution Architects, delivery teams, etc.) when applicable

  • Under supervision, drive towards meeting post-sale and pre-renewal milestones for customer adoption of software

  • Attend regular departmental and team meetings; participate as appropriate in regular industry groups such as required

  • Represent company at tradeshows, technical conferences and workshops, and business development meetings, as needed.

  • Bachelor’s and/or graduate degree in business or related field

  • Fluent English and communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software

  • Business acumen and understanding of business sales processes Self-starter with ability to schedule and prioritize tasks and commitments;
