Job Title: General Labor Production Worker
Job Description
Candidates will be working in the end plating department. When railroad lumber comes off the machine, it moves to a different machine where the candidate hits a button, stamping two metal plates on the end of the railroad lumber. The position is very repeatable but straightforward.
Responsibilities
Operate machinery to stamp metal plates on the end of railroad lumber.
Ensure the smooth transition of lumber between machines.
Maintain a consistent workflow by repeating the process accurately.
Essential Skills
- 6-12 months of consistent work history in construction, farming, or general labor.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in general labor, counting, farming, construction, roofing, landscaping, and production line work.

Work Environment
The work environment includes both outside and inside conditions, which can be very hot during the summer and very cold during the winter. It can also be smelly and dusty. You will work with a small team of 2 to 3 people. The dress code includes a hard hat, vest, glasses, gloves with sleeves, and uniforms (all provided except for steel-toed boots).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bangor, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
