This paid program is designed for talented professionals who've had a career break of at least 1 year and are eager to make a comeback.
The role
We are looking for a dynamic HR & Marketing Associate to support our growing IT business in Thailand. In this junior-level role, you will primarily focus on HR functions (80%) while contributing to marketing initiatives (20%) to support the local and global team. This position will require strong coordination and collaboration with global colleagues to align efforts with corporate strategies and local market needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Human Resources (80%):
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires for the Thailand office.
Collaborate with the global HR team to ensure local hiring aligns with global talent acquisition strategies.
HR Operations & Administration:
Manage employee records and ensure all HR documentation, such as contracts and employment agreements, are accurate and compliant with local regulations.
Support payroll, benefits administration, and other HR-related inquiries for local employees in collaboration with the global HR team.
Help coordinate performance reviews, employee development plans, and local training initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Communication:
Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and company events, both locally and in collaboration with global initiatives.
Act as a point of contact for local employees, ensuring clear communication of HR policies and company updates from global leadership.
HR Reporting & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with Thailand labor laws and regulations, supporting audits and reporting as needed.
Assist in preparing HR reports, tracking recruitment metrics, employee performance data, and turnover rates.
Marketing Support (20%):
Local Marketing Initiatives:
Collaborate with the global marketing team to localize global campaigns and messaging for the Thailand market.
Support the execution of digital marketing activities, including social media management, email campaigns, and content creation tailored to the local audience.
Event Coordination & Brand Awareness:
Assist in organizing and promoting local events such as webinars, seminars, and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility in the Thailand market.
Help coordinate marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms and activities.
Market Research:
Conduct basic market research to gather insights about customer preferences, market trends, and competitors within the Thailand market.
Provide feedback to the global marketing team to help tailor marketing strategies for the local market
What we need to see from you
What we need to see from you
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related role, ideally within the IT or tech industry. • Basic understanding of Thailand labor laws and HR best practices. • Strong communication skills, both in Thai and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams. • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus. • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of HR software or CRM systems. • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working in a multinational or global team environment. • Previous exposure to both HR and marketing responsibilities is advantageous. • Passion for working in the IT industry and staying updated with market trends.
