Brokerage Team Leader (Rater)

Job Summary

Checker and Team Leader of Rater team, this team have to classify and create declaration entry for submit to Customs. So, this position required Customs Knowledge and Customs Specialist License from Customs.

Responsibilities:

- Checker declaration entry and work with audit team.

- Communicate with both Thai , foreign customers, Internal and External customers.

- Pass task in our system and coordinate with concern team for release smoothly.

- Explain and provide information about Customs regulation, declaration entry, HS code and Privilege for clearance.

- Give advice and solve immediate problems for customers in accordance with the Customs Department regulations.

Qualifications:

-Required Customs Specialist License from Customs.

- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint outlook.

-If can use Netbay and TIFFA system will be given special consideration.

- Excellent English communication skills and Strong typing skills.

- Ability to read spreadsheets, extract information in Excel format, and communicate findings to management team

- Ability to prioritize daily tasks and promote a positive work environment

- Solve immediate problems well.

- If have experience in handling import formalities clearance will be given special consideration.
