About You

We are looking for an Assistant Manager of Service Operations (INFAR and NOE) to be based in Bangkok, Thailand. This is a permanent/full-time role that reports to the Service Operations Manager.

Your key job responsibilities

  • Manage supervisors and mechanics in Infrastructure projects to produce the highest-quality/safety-reliable products and meet customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain and collect daily logs and service reports from technicians, gather information on faulty products and systems for necessary action, and analyze raw data to develop an action/mitigation plan.

  • Prepare all reports regarding the service department, ensure reports are error-free, and submit them to the service operation manager as per company policy.

  • Ensure compliance with all service center staff regulations to ensure the effective working of the company.

  • Administer and perform all activities per company procedures regarding the service department.

  • Assist all team members in following the established dress code, maintaining punctuality, and maintaining cleanliness per company directives in the service facility.

  • Manage facility to achieve target revenue generation by maintaining Service department efficiently.

  • Monitor all service inquiries and procedures to ensure the completion of all clients’ requirements.

  • Administer checklists, service requests, contracts, instructions, warranties, and schedules to ensure service personnel comply with established service procedures.

  • Leading in NOE (Non Otis Equipment) products. Sourcing orders from local and overseas.

  • Managing NOE products in the entire portfolio and coordinating with overseas offices for NOE coordination.

  • Provide training to employees for NOE knowledge to ensure the filed employees have sufficient knowledge.

What you will need to be successful in this role

  • Be a University graduate in Business, Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent

  • At least 5 years and above experience in the managerial level within the Elevator and Escalator business

  • Have a customer service attitude and works well in a team

  • Good level of motivational and leadership skills

  • Have good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good level of English competency
