Subspecialty Interest: Urban medicine/working with the most vulnerable and at risk in our community/50% of our patients are Hispanic so bilingual is a plus!
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm

Responsibilities
We are excited to invite applications for a dynamic and community-oriented Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join our Mobile Health Unit. This role is pivotal in delivering essential healthcare services across various locations in Baltimore City, focusing on underserved and marginalized communities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality medical care in diverse community settings.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address the health needs of populations in transition.
Engage with patients to promote health education and preventive care.
Maintain flexibility and adaptability as we navigate different neighborhoods.
Qualifications
Active CRNP license.
Experience in medical-surgical settings; emergency department experience is a plus.
Strong commitment to community service and health equity.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.

Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Required Credential(s):
• Nurse Practitioner with Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
• BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
Preferred Credential(s):
• Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
Education:
• Master's degree of Nursing required.
