Job Title: Design Architect

Job Description

Join our team as a Design Architect where you will collaborate with firm Principals and specialized planners to create programmatic relationships leading to innovative and useful building configurations. You will craft buildings that meet client needs and align with their desired image, space, and aesthetics. Your role will also involve assisting in developing the client's understanding of relevant design issues, developing building designs by testing them in relation to codes, articulating design principles for the detailing phase, authoring or supervising critical design details, and leading design concept presentations.

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Baltimore, Maryland and some days remote.
