ReSound Project Manager for Strategic Key Accounts in Ballerup, Denmark

Are you ready to take the lead in securing success in an international cross-functional role?!

Then we want you to join our Strategic Key Accounts team within GN Hearing - International Sales. This position offers an active and important role as a Project Manager coordinating and leading the different projects, as such adding value to both GN and our strategic key accounts.

As Project Manager for Strategic Key Accounts you will be responsible for coordinating, driving and securing successful execution of different projects in close collaboration with your GN colleagues and international customers. The project will be cross functional with e.g. supply chain, IT, GN sales subsidiaries, Customer Care.

You will be responsible for developing and managing relevant projects with standards and processes related to transformation projects. This entails internal and external collaboration as well as strategic execution; both instrumental for the project's success. We want our new team member to use their knowledge to challenge our processes and practices and help us identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Further to this, in the next 6-12 months, executing the further rollout of a transformation project for one of our strategic key accounts will be essential.

The team you will be part of

At our HQ in Ballerup, you will join the GN Hearing International Sales and join a small but mighty team of six people (one placed in US), but work globally and cross-functionally. The atmosphere is open minded, relaxed, helping and supporting each other.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Plan, organize, and oversee the completion of projects

  • Creating project timelines

  • Monitor progress against the project plan

  • Outline the needed deliveries and drive those to secure executing within deadlines

  • Continuously support in establishing and managing the key standards and processes

  • Coordinate and facilitate the involvement of all necessary stakeholders

  • Conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project.

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you

  • Industry and audiologic experience is preferred

  • or other relevant education – e.g. in finance, business, marketing, economics, supply chain, IT.

  • 3+ years of relevant experience

  • Experience with project management is considered beneficial

  • Strong stakeholder management skills to work across the organization

  • Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • English at a business level

Further to this, we imagine that you have a natural flair for communicating across all levels of the organization, able to give rise to issues and solution recommendations. You're great at building relationships and managing stakeholders. Additionally, your colleagues would probably describe you as a structured, detail oriented, and proactive person.
