Cummins Inc. Service Manager - Power Generation in Avondale, Arizona

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Service Manager to join our team specializing in Service for our Power Generation segment in Avondale, AZ.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree in a relevant discipline or relevant experience equivalent required.

  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience :

  • Significant level of relevant technical experience, including supervisory experience, required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Adaptability : Be prepared to support multiple locations (Avondale, Tucson, Mesa) while reporting onsite at the Avondale Branch. Flexibility in managing different teams and addressing unique challenges at each site will be crucial.

  • Availability : Ensure you are ready to work overtime and be available for after-hours service emergencies, including weekends. Your responsiveness will be key to maintaining service continuity and customer satisfaction.

  • Time Management : Efficiently manage your time and workload to balance the demands of multiple locations and after-hours responsibilities.
