We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Hybrid Senior Accountant to join our fast-paced team in Austin, Texas. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the accuracy of financial statements, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The Senior Accountant will also collaborate across departments to drive process improvements and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.

• Assist in the monthly close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and strengthen financial controls.

• Support the creation of financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Play an active role in system implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Aid in the audit process and ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations.

• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.

• Leverage expertise in Account Reconciliation, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliations, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Journal Entries, Microsoft Excel, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, and Month-End Close processes to perform duties efficiently.

  Requirements • Must hold a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role as a Sr. Accountant.

• Proficiency in account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and bank reconciliations is mandatory.

• Must have working knowledge of General Ledger and Journal Entries.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are required.

• Experience with Month End Close procedures is necessary.

• Familiarity with accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP is desirable.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must possess strong organizational and time management skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.

• Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is highly preferred.

• Must have the legal right to work in the country of employment.
