Coordinate data driven research studies:Coordinate the operations of several data-driven research projects. Develop and maintain project plans, study timelines and/or other tools to track deliverables to ensure the successful completion of project. Pro-actively identify and resolve issues related to projects. Maintain all regulatory approvals (IRB, etc).?Data Management:Work closely with the Data Architect to support the data collection, management, data, analyses, and results reporting. Determining data collection standards according to study outcomes, maintaining and monitoring standards for data collection, developing templates to ensure consistency with specific standards. Systematically and accurately extract data from electronic medical records and enter into database.Work-lead Volunteer Research Assistants:Oversee volunteer research assistants working on study protocols. Set-up regular meetings to review efforts and track progress. Assist with on-boarding process. Develop materials/tools necessarily to appropriately train individuals in the conduct of study protocol. Maintain documentation of training. ?Other related duties as assigned.
