Departmental Reorganization:Support the existing team in developing a three-year reorganization plan that includes the creation of job descriptions for curriculum specialists, learning specialists, and teachers. Ensure that the redesign is developed collaboratively by current staff with guidance and structure provided by the project manager.Curriculum Redesign:Assist in developing a strategic curriculum redesign plan that aligns with UTHSs mission and future goals. Coordinate with staff and instructional leaders to refine course content and establish frameworks for continued development and revision.Instructional Plan Development:Work with the team to define UTHSs future instructional models, including synchronous and asynchronous learning strategies.Collaboration with University Partners:Serve as the primary liaison between UTHS and key university stakeholders, including the Office of Instructional Innovation in the College of Education and UT professors, to integrate research-based instructional practices into course development, and provide training to our teams.Technology Integration:Coordinate with the UTHS technology team to align curriculum delivery with digital learning platforms.Stakeholder Engagement:Facilitate communication between leadership, faculty, and external partners to ensure alignment and buy-in for the redesign process.Project Management:Develop timelines, track milestones, and report on progress to ensure timely implementation of the three-year plan.
