Onin Staffing is continuing to grow! To better assist the ever increasing needs of our client, we're currently hiring for an On-Site Employee Representative to work at a client location in

Manor, TX. The position pays

$22.50-25.00/hrand is available on

2nd shift (4pm-12am). This role is largely responsible for administrative functions associated with safety training and orientation, assisting employees with job related questions, acting as a liaison between client leadership and Onin staff, ensuring employees are following Onin and client policies, recruitment and onboarding of new employees, etc.

Work Experience

• Experience with MS Suite and G-Suite platforms.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) - Must Have
• Previous experience providing written and oral instructions, conducting trainings, onboarding employees, and assisting employees with general work related questions.
• A background in recruitment is a plus
• Knowledge or experience with manufacturing environments a plus
• Strong ability to maintain a schedule and prioritize work functions in order of importance
