Assist with mail preparation for Post Office and in accordance with postal regulations. Operate postage meters.Assists in collection, processing and distributing of mail, hand work, mailings, or special projects for bulk mail.Assists assigned personnel in preparing and/or operating addressing/inserting equipment. Supervises and assists with the preparation of outgoing shipments.Provides the clerical skills in receiving materials and other supplies. Responsible for checking, sorting and issuing supplies, and for maintaining stock records and preparing shipping records.Reports any damages or shortages of materials. May make minor repairs to equipment.Operates a university vehicle when making pickups/deliveries on predetermined schedules and routes.Performs related duties as assigned.
