SHI Manager of Microsoft Business Development in Austin, Texas
Job Summary
The Manager oftheMicrosoft Business Development Teamis responsible forthe day-to-day management of the Microsoft Business Development Managers. Thissales-orientedteamis responsible forthe new customer acquisition of SHI’s Microsoft accounts. This team is focused on drivingnewmeetings and winswithinMicrosoft prospects. This person willbe responsible fortraining,mentoring,and coaching the Microsoft Business Development Team to ensure we provide a memorable customer experience astheyonboard with SHI.
This position is required to report to the SHI Austin, TX office as determined by management.

Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
Work with Microsoft Solutions& SalesManagement todeterminequarterly priorities based on current business requirements.
Work withtheteam to drive growth for SHI by profiling, qualifying, and prospecting into new accounts.
Ensure prospecting into Enterprise Focus accounts through cold calling,emailing,and prospecting for new opportunities and meetings.
Actively staying on top of company, competition, and technology knowledge.
Build a working relationship with Microsoft Solutions Team to drive engagement with local Microsoft Solutions Account Teams.
Act as a point of contact/escalation point for Microsoft Business Developmentandinternal SHI stakeholders to ensure any customer issues are acted upon quickly and addressed appropriately.
Staycurrenton new platform offerings from Microsoft Solutions and develop Microsoft subject matterexpertise.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degreerequired
1+ years of SalesManagement
2+ years of Experience selling/ working with Microsoft product offerings, licensing strategies, and competitive sellingmotions preferred
Required Skills
Ability to influence and lead in a matrixenvironment
Ability to coach and manage performance and sales metrics, quotas, and MBOs.
A linear, logical thinking style withtheability to break down and solvecomplexproblems.

Certifications Required
Achievement of MCP and Azure Fundamentals certifications (within90 daysof hire)

- Position requires 10% travel
Additional Information
This position’sestimated annual pay range is $100,000 - $220,000,includinga base salary andcommission. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.Benefits may include but are not limited to medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
