Oversees daily operations of event services including room use, furniture setup, audio-visual services, catering, digital event services, and other misc. services to event patrons.Manages event service work including delegation of work to staff, coordination of activity during and between multiple ongoing or imminent events. Manages, trains, and evaluates event services staff and administrative support staff.Prepares reporting and feedback mechanisms to assess unit performance and opportunities for growth.Plans and implements short and long term sales and marketing initiatives at the direction of the Director.Assists in budget and income forecasting, cost-benefit analysis,and helps form funding strategies.
