Description

Join Apple's AML Team as Engineering Project Manager. This role requires a combination of product and project management, strong engineering background, and the ability to build collaborative relationships across various teams in Apple. We are looking for someone who loves digging into details, driving operational efficiencies under demanding timeframes and driving large, complex projects. - Lead high visibility enterprise projects, responsible for roadmapping, establishing OKRs and reporting statuses to leadership regularly - Create and manage project schedules with clear dependencies, critical path and systematic methodology to communicate status - Managing projects using Wrike, quip, or traditional tools and give accurate project status to leadership and all the involved teams - Understand the system design, cloud infrastructure, and integrations. Drive technical discussions with dev team effectively - Coordinating cross-functional teams, including developers, DevOps, and security teams.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent technical field

  • 3+ years of leading engineering programs

Key Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years in managing technical projects in an enterprise environment.

  • 3+ years of Technical Program Management/ Engineering Management experience. Experience working with operations teams, vendors and contractor

  • 3+ years of leading engineering programs with a proven track recording managing large and complex cross functional programs, bringing multiple teams together and march towards a common objective

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; proven track record of successfully working cross-functionally to achieve goals

  • Self-motivated, independent, and proactive; demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities; can quickly triage, prioritize, and lead under pressure.

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization.

  • The ability to navigate ambiguity in a high-stakes, fast-moving environment with efficiency, discretion, integrity, and confidentiality

  • Project Management certification is a plus.
