Job Summary

Summary: To be the first positive impression for guests entering the hotel, and to be a memorable ambassador upon departing the hotel. Providing a warm welcome and a fond farewell while attending the main doors and lobby of the hotel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide a highly personalized and professional welcome to guests at the hotel entrance, acknowledging guests as they pass and offer assistance when necessary.

• Open hotel doors for guests entering/exiting the building while welcoming and introducing guests to the hotel.

• Assist Bell Staff members with retrieving stored luggage as needed

• Perform other miscellaneous hotel tasks such as deliveries and/or offering directions and guidance within the hotel

• Remain observant and respond to each guest who passes through entrances.

• Monitor the hotel entrance for suspicious activity and ensure the safety of guests and property and report findings to Loss Prevention or member of Management

• Recognize and greet frequent guests by name to foster a personalized experience

• Performs other duties as assigned.
