Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Austin, Texas. This role primarily involves making outbound calls, gathering information from providers and supporting our in-network program. As part of our commitment to customer service, your role will also include data entry, email correspondence, and scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to providers, inviting them to join our in-network program.

• Gathering information from providers and passing it on to the relevant team for processing.

• Answering inbound calls and handling customer service inquiries.

• Ensuring accurate data entry of provider information into our system.

• Managing email correspondence with both internal teams and external providers.

• Scheduling appointments and managing the order entry process.

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various administrative tasks.

• Ensuring the highest level of customer service is maintained at all times. Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent data entry skills

• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently

• Experience in a call center environment

• Strong ability to communicate effectively through email correspondence

• Familiarity with order entry processes

• Ability to schedule appointments accurately and punctually

• Capable of providing high-quality customer service

• Willingness to continuously learn and improve customer service skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage complaints or difficult situations

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work in a team environment

• High level of patience when dealing with customers

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
