Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Project Delivery Specialist in Austin, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work Youll Do

Drive Oracle software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions in the Insurance, Financial Services, Healthcare, State and Local Government, Telecommunications, and Retail industries. Improve the ability to react in the digital world and enable innovation and scalability, remove performance barriers, modernize core systems, and reimagine their business with Oracle-based solutions. Participate in setting Oracle engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document. Support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

80% travel required nationally.

Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Requirements

Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field and 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:

Utilizing Application Implementation Methodology (AIM) and Oracle Unified Method (OUM) to provide Oracle software advisory and implementation services for the Banking, Financial, and Transportation industries;

Working across all phases of the project delivery and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to design, develop, test, and implement Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Financials Cloud for enterprise level clients;

Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments for Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud;

Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions, using Oracle General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR), Fixed Assets (FA) Order Management (OM), and Purchase Orders (PO) utilizing Extensible Markup Language (XML), Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BI Publisher), Oracle Smart View, File-Based Data Import (FBDI), ADF Desktop Integration (ADFDI), and Oracle SQL Developer;

Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, for Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud; and

Writing functional and technical system requirements and use cases, creating process flow diagrams, and finalizing system requirements utilizing Oracle Financials Cloud.
