Leads the OnRamps Student Support Services team, including goal setting, policy making, action planning, compliance, and operating principles and practices. Provides guidance and coaching, allocates and oversees work, manages work schedules, and promotes employee development using proven methods.Leads and manages ongoing successful implementation and facilitation of student services related to FERPA compliance, academic integrity, student accommodations, and other programmatic efforts to support OnRamps students.Leads and manages the development of system-level support to effectively advise OnRamps students in navigating academic policies and procedures related to transfer credit, credit applicability, and other required processes.Manages the development and implementation of academic policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, Texas Education Code, and Texas Administrative Code in K12 and higher education.Supports and engages in designated special projects as assigned that support the mission and strategic direction of OnRamps as an organization.
